ictorious Christian Ministries, Inc. is a California non-profit Christian organization devoted to worldwide evangelism and spiritual renewal, consisting of a variety of Christian ministries.

Some of the entities that comprise VCM, are as follows:The International Prayer Network, one of the first and largest world-wide web based prayer chains; The Pastoral Search Network, a ministry placement service to link churches with prospective pastors and staff; Victorious Publications, a missionary book and tract publishing ministry; The Church Helper, an organization created to aid the development of small churches, through training, evangelistic outreach and ministry assistance.

Dale A. Robbins is the founder and president of VCM, and has served in pastoral and evangelistic ministries for twenty-five years. He has written numerous Christian publications and articles, and is the author of the nationally distributed book, What People Ask About The Church. He earned his Doctorate from American Christian College and Seminary. Robbins is a pioneer of internet ministries, and for many years was a producer of widely-seen Christian television programs in the Northern California area. He is listed in recent editions of Who's Who in Religion. He and his wife, Jerri, an accomplished Gospel singer, are frequently featured on nationwide TV broadcasts. Together, they have ministered in scores of cities and churches across America.
